For our REO clients, we perform the initial title examination, clear all outstanding title issues and, in our capacity as a title insurance agent, we issue the title insurance policy at closing. We prepare the deed, and review all closing documents, to ensure that the closing takes place on time and according to the requirements of the seller. Nothing is more important to the REO seller than the timely delivery of the settlement proceeds. We understand this and we ensure that the settlement proceeds are received as soon as possible after closing.
